Go to the Register page and fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number and a password. Your date of birth is required — you must be 18 or over. After submitting the form, a one-time verification code is sent to your mobile number. Enter the code and your pk804 account is active immediately. The whole process takes under two minutes and there is no charge for creating an account.

No. pk804 strictly allows one account per person. Each Pakistani mobile number can be linked to only one account. If pk804 detects duplicate accounts — whether registered on the same number, same CNIC or same device — all related accounts will be suspended and balances voided. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support@pk804.ws before this becomes a problem.

On the login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. A one-time reset code is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enter the code, set a new password, and you are back in straight away. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@pk804.ws with your full name and CNIC number for manual account recovery — this typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

First, check your Easypaisa transaction history — if the amount has been debited from your wallet, the transaction reference number is shown there. Then check your pk804 deposit history in the cashier section. If the deposit shows as pending in pk804, wait up to 15 minutes for automatic processing.
