01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk804 website, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk804. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pk804 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all pk804 services including but not limited to cricket betting, slots, Teen Patti, Aviator Game, Fishing Games and any other games or features that pk804 may introduce in the future. Using any pk804 service after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02Eligibility

To register and play on pk804, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person — pk804 accounts cannot be registered in the name of a company, trust or any other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing pk804 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by the applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pk804 or any affiliated gaming network.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

pk804 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on pk804. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of the device, phone number or payment method used — is a direct violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your pk804 account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a valid email address where applicable. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pk804 is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk804 login credentials. pk804 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your own failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pk804 support immediately.

04Deposits (PKR)

All deposits at pk804 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit at pk804 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although high-volume deposits may be subject to additional verification in line with pk804's compliance procedures. Deposits are credited to your pk804 balance in real time for mobile wallet methods and within one business hour for IBFT bank transfers.

Deposits made to pk804 must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Funds that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending investigation and returned to source without interest if the verification is not satisfied.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pk804 are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and same-day for bank IBFT transfers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take up to three business days depending on the issuing bank's processing timeline.

The minimum withdrawal amount at pk804 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, although very large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before processing commences.

To request a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

1. Your pk804 account must have passed basic identity verification (name and mobile number match).
2. The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the same name as your pk804 account.
3. Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds in your account must be satisfied or the bonus must be forfeited before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

pk804 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. This is a routine compliance measure and is not an indication of any finding of wrongdoing. Verification documents typically required include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the receiving wallet registered to your name.

06Bonuses & Promotions

pk804 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of associated winnings. The applicable multiplier is displayed at the time the bonus is offered.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless the offer states a different validity period. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk804 are final once confirmed. pk804 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in the specific circumstances described below.

For cricket betting and sports markets, the following rules apply:

• Bets are void if a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required under the relevant competition rules have been completed, unless pk804's specific market rules state otherwise.

08Fair Play Policy

pk804 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal referral:

• Exploiting software bugs or mathematical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other pk804 players in card games or any other format where collusion affects outcome fairness.
• Arbitrage betting patterns specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through systematic exploitation of pk804's odds.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or another person's identity without authorisation.

pk804 uses automated monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns, velocity and behaviour that may indicate policy violations. Players flagged by these systems may have their accounts temporarily suspended pending a manual review. pk804 will communicate the outcome of any review to the player once completed.

09Responsible Gaming

10Account Suspension & Closure

pk804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
3. Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
4. Identification of the account as a duplicate.
5. At the player's own request via self-exclusion or account closure.
6. Legal requirement or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk804 will notify the account holder by their registered contact details. If the investigation results in a finding of terms violation, any balance attributable to that violation may be forfeited. Balances not related to a violation will be returned to the verified payment method after the investigation is concluded.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pk804 account should contact support. Account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Real money balances that are not subject to active bonus requirements will be returned to the verified payment method within 3 business days of the closure request.

11Privacy & Data

12Intellectual Property

All content on the pk804 website including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, interface design, data and software is the property of pk804 or its licensed content providers. The pk804 brand name, logo and associated trademarks are registered marks. Unauthorised use of pk804's branding — including creating fake pk804 websites, applications or social media accounts — is a violation of intellectual property law and these terms and will be pursued accordingly.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk804 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by external payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks).
• Outcomes of games or sporting events — by definition, there are no guarantees in gaming.
• Actions taken by pk804 in good-faith compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

pk804's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Amendments to Terms

pk804 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk804 will notify registered players via their registered contact details and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of pk804 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using pk804 and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any eligible balance.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk804's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms that cannot be resolved through pk804's standard dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

pk804 operates a formal complaints procedure. Players who have a complaint about pk804's conduct or decisions should submit a written complaint to support@pk804.ws. pk804 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days with a written response. If the response does not resolve the complaint to the player's satisfaction, pk804 will advise the applicable escalation route.
